Spa Etiquette

As the demand for our highly experienced team of therapists is much greater than we can accommodate, please be aware that our weekend dates can book up 4-6 weeks in advance. We ask for your patience and understanding and recommend you book your Spa experience in advance to avoid any limitations & in turn any disappointment. Our incredible team are here to provide you with your much needed R&R, and we can assure you that your treatment will certainly be worth the wait!

Arrival Times

Please arrive one hour prior to your treatment commencing should you wish to use the Thermal Suite prior to your treatment.

If you arrive late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your treatment time in its entirety. We are fully committed with bookings weeks in advance, and therefore arriving late may deprive you of your precious minutes in your treatment.

With this in mind, please advise at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment commencing if you do not wish to use the Thermal Suite, this is to allow adequate time to check in, fill out the necessary forms and change into your comfortable Aghadoe Heights robe and slippers.

The Spa at Aghadoe Heights is a place of peace and tranquillity and so the treatment menu is an adult only one, treatments are available to those 18 years and above only. The Spa at Aghadoe Heights treatment menu is non gender specific.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 72 hours' notice to change or cancel treatments without charge, within 48 hours - 50% charge, or within 24 hours or failure to show - a 100% charge applies to treatments booked.

Pregnancy

Please inform our spa team at time of booking if you are an expectant or nursing mother as we have specially designed treatments for you at this special time.

Health Conditions and Allergies

Please advise our spa team at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies to seaweed or injuries that may affect your treatment.

The Spa Attire

Bathrobes, slippers, towels, and Voya toiletries are available for guests at The Spa. Should you forget your swimwear, swimwear is available for purchase at the main reception of the hotel.

Thermal Heaven

Time stands still as you enter our Thermal Suite. Experience intense relaxation in our heated rooms, Laconium, Hammam and Rock Sauna. The heated tepidarium loungers will penetrate the muscles of your shoulders, back and legs and transport you to a different world.

Monday to Sunday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

1 hour €15.00 per person

2 hours €30.00 per person

Non-Residents Thermal Suite Experience

2 hours €30.00 per person

3 hours €40.00 per person

Guests are recommended to avail of the facilities prior to having treatments in order to gain the most from your Voya therapy experience.

Swimming Pool

Our 20 metre indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and pool side loungers area is located on the ground floor level of the hotel a short walk from the spa area.
